By using desertshowersaz.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated by Desert Showers & Remodeling LLC ("Desert Showers," "we," "us"), a licensed Arizona contractor, ROC #368450 and #368378.
Information on the Site
We work to keep the Site accurate and current, but product details, colors, availability, and pricing can change, and the Site may contain errors. Information on the Site is for general purposes only and is not an offer, quote, or contract.
Estimates and contracts
Any estimate, price, or timeline is provided after an in-home consultation. Your project is governed only by the written contract you sign with Desert Showers, which controls over anything stated on the Site.
Product images and trademarks
Photos on the Site may include manufacturer inspiration images and may not show our own installations. Actual colors and finishes may vary. Tyvarian, Bath Envy, Ella's Bubbles, and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we install. Product warranties are provided by each manufacturer under its own terms.
Financing
Financing is offered through Pure Finance Group and its third-party lending partners, subject to credit approval and the lender's terms. Not all applicants will qualify.
Our content
The Desert Showers name, logo, and the text and design of the Site belong to Desert Showers & Remodeling LLC. You may view and share pages for personal use, but you may not copy, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Using the Site
Please do not misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, interfering with how it works, or attempting to access it without permission.
Links to other websites
The Site links to websites we do not control, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Text messaging
Desert Showers & Remodeling may send text messages about your consultation request, such as appointment confirmations and reminders. If you opt in to promotional texts, we may also send special offers and updates.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, and reply HELP for help or contact us at (480) 907-0767. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties about the Site, including that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute related to the Site will be handled in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
